The traditional TRE 'template' of full lead-in exercises is not necessary for the vast majority of people to connect with neurogenic tremors - in fact - many people will find connecting directly to their tremors without using any prelude exercises in their first session(s) not only more efficient, but safer & more effective as well.

In Part 1 of this 2 hr Masterclass we explore many of the reasons Providers often routinely use the full lead in exercises when first teaching someone TRE - including habit, routine, culture, fear, compliance with authority & the belief that the exercises are necessary for safety, grounding or effectiveness.

Part 2 covers the pro's & con's of when to use the full lead in exercises, some of the lead in exercises or no lead in exercises at all - so you are confident & free to pick & choose what exercises to use when (or if at all) in the best interests of our client(s) & free from our own individual habits, fears & biases.

Part 3 covers a range of different ways of connecting people with neurogenic tremors, from passive movements & organic arising through to sustained stretches, isometric holds, movements through range & movements under load - so you don't just have a set 'template' that you always follow but have an understanding of how to apply these principles to any muscle group or movement.

Part 4 concludes the Masterclass with live demonstrations including 'tuning the knees' to connect people with their tremors safely & effectively in as little as 1 - 2 minutes.
