During this Masterclass we looked at Peak Intensity from 3 key directions:

The 1st is recognising that our experiences of intensity from the past (both in ourselves & in others) neuroceptively impacts people's capacity to successfully move through peak intensity when we lead them through TRE.

The 2nd is learning to follow the movements underlying intensity in the present, rather than getting drawn up into only attuning or attending to the 'emotional experience' of the person.

The 3rd & perhaps most important of all, is recognising that developing the embodied capacity to successfully guide people through peak intensity is something we can continually grow & develop into the future - as long as we engage with our experiences of intensity & continue to explore them both in ourselves & the people that we work with.

Personally, I think this information is crucial to ensure that as TRE Providers we are not inadvertently over-regulating people out of our own limitations & unresolved experiences around peak intensity.

It's information I've had to learn the hard way but now helps me to ensure that the people I am teaching TRE to are getting the most out of technique with the least amount of unnecessary fear & drama.

With a bit of direction & a few new concepts from this Masterclass I'm confident you too will soon find yourself developing your confidence & growing your capacity to lead people through peak intensity by connecting them with a deeper place of safety & freedom already moving within them.

With encouragement,

Richmond
